Cast

KELI CARENDER

This is the best show that Keli has ever been in. Squared. Times infinity. Keli would like to thank the Gillett-Sund Joint for their continued awesomeness, the whole cast for making her voice sound hot, and her family for their love and support. Lastly, she would like to thank all of the U.S. soldiers she knows and loves for their valor and sacrifice: she'll see you soon.

CHRISTOPHER A. DEWAR

Chris is a recent graduate of the University of Puget Sound, where he studied Theatre and Comparative Sociology. Dewar was last seen at the HUT rocking out in Reunion Tour and getting muddy in Hogwash: An Improvised Tall Tale. Most recently, Dewar was seen performing with his sketch comedy troupe Ubiquitous They at Annex Theatre. Outside of performing Dewar is local teaching artist for Seattle Repertory Theatre, Seattle Children's Theatre, and Wing-It Productions.

NICK EDWARDS

Nick is ecstatic to return to the Wing-It stage for Lease. In case you forgot last time you read his bio, Nick graduated from Western Washington University in 2006 where he received a BA in Theatre Arts (as well as minors in Film Studies and Latin). You may have previously seen Nick improvising in Hogwash, The Declaration, or Uncle Mike Ruins Christmas. Nick hopes you enjoy our little improvised rock opera. Special thanks to Brenda; I'll light your candle anytime.

JANA HEALY

Jana Healy has improvised in the Seattle area for 6 years with groups such as Seattle goga, Spolin Players and Seattle Neutrino Society. She was most recently seen in Shades of Grey at Wing-It Productions and is a new ensemble member at Unexpected Productions at the Market Theatre. By day, she is an Audiologist and is not grossed out by your ear wax. She is thrilled to be a part of the amazing cast of Lease!

KATE JAEGER

Kate Jaeger is so excited to be a part of this amazing production. She has been a Jet City Improv company member since 2004. Past Wing-It Productions shows include The Irish Wake, Reality World (Seasons 1 and 2), Musical on 55th Street, Cut!, The Saturday Morning Cartoon Show and The Beauty Pageant. Thanks to the amazingly talented cast and crew. Next stop, Broadway!

ELICIA WICKSTEAD

Elicia has been an ensemble improviser with Unexpected Productions since 1994. In addition to performing in many UP shows in Seattle, she’s also toured with the company throughout the world. She is one of the founders of Blood Squad - performing improvised teen-slasher movies live onstage. Lease is Elicia’s second show with Wing It, following Shades of Gray earlier this year. Occasionally you can see her singing with her awesome rock band, Lords of Sorrow.

JOHN-PAUL WILSON

John-Paul is thrilled to be doing his first show in Seattle! He has recently moved here from Nebraska where he lived and went to college. By day he is a student of the Feldenkrais method of kinesthetic education. He'd like to thank all his friends in Seattle for making the transition of cities go well for him.

DOUGLAS WILLOTT

Douglas was born and raised in Seattle, and even though he’s traveled to many cities across the globe since, he still loves his rain-soaked pretentiously-liberal metropolis. He is proud to work with some of the cities finest performers in Lease, a show celebrating his beloved hometown. Doug performs, directs, and teaches with Wing-It Productions. He has performed with various additional theaters around town, and is a member of local performance groups Improsia, Seattle Neutrino Society, and The Cory and Doug Show.

ADINA GILLETT (Director)

Adina is thrilled to be directing this amazing cast of Lease. Adina joined Wing-It Productions in 1999. She is the creator of D.R., and also created Wing-It Productions' CUT!. Adina has performed in Jet City Improv, Twisted Flicks, The Seattle Festival of Improvisation as half of Gillett and Sutton, The Beauty Pageant, Reality World: Season 2, Clues, and Shades of Gray. She also performs with Book-It Repertory. When Adina's not doing improv, she's parenting, traveling to countries that require shots, and playing the Irish pennywhistle.

JUSTIN SUND (Musical Director)

Justin is proud to have made it through another "Gillett/Sund Joint" without destroying everything and everyone around him. He is also extremely proud of his talented cast, his beautiful wife, his lackluster kitty, and the consistently awesome shows Wing-It is churning out. Justin has performed over 300 times at the HUT, including performances with Cupcake, Twisted Flicks, Election Show, Reality World and Jet City Improv. This is his third "co-directed" show with Adina in as many years.

CHRIS LUNDGREN (Musician)

Chris has been a musician longer than you've been alive. Born in 1961 and raised in Southern California, Chris came to Seattle in 1995 for a fabulous career in radio. He now works in sales and marketing for a residential lighting company. You do the math on that one. Chris spends his time away from Jet City working for the man, reading, writing (music), and avoiding outdoor activities with a vengeance that borders on the psychotic. Chris has a potty mouth and is rarely allowed to speak during Jet City productions. Chris has scored more than 70 motion pictures for Wing-It's Twisted Flicks series and can probably reenact any giant bug movie from the 50's on demand. Chris would prefer you don't demand this. Chris most recently created the musical score for Shades of Grey.

JEREMY BROWN (Stage Manager)

Jeremy has been working with Wing-It productions since 2007. He was been the Stage Manager for Wing-It's D.R. as well as technical support for Reunion Tour. He has also been active on the stage playing John Adams in The Declaration and performing in the Improv 201 Showcase and the Wing-It Preformance series. This is Jeremy's second Gillet-Sund production and he is loving every minute of it!
