GABE DENNING

Gabe is a native Washingtonian who has been active in improv since 1996. Appearing with Disney World Productions, Orlando Theatersports, Seattle Theatersports and Wing-it Productions he has now amassed more than 1500 shows. He's tired. He's also a new member of Jet City Improv and was recently seen in LIVE! at the HUT. He extends giddy thanks to his new improv family. Oh. And his actual family, I guess.

GRAHAM DOWNING

Graham has previously been seen as Grace in Wing-It's The Beauty Pagent, Jim in Wallflowers, and as many characters in CUT!. He was born and raised in Seattle and has been doing improv here for three years. He is one of Jet City Improv's newest cast memebers. He'd like to thank his parents for being so cool.

BELINDA FU

Belinda is thrilled to be joining the cast of This Improvised Life, after a long stint as a professional improv student, taking classes at Jet City Improv, Unexpected Productions, and Freehold Theatre. She was also recently on stage as a guest player in Live at the HUT. She is proud to be a dog owning, email-addicted, jazz-singing, Sondheim junkie whose former boyfriend once told her he didn't like her friends because they listened to NPR. She would also like you to know that she is not a dentist, but she plays one on TV.

JANA HEALY

Jana has been an improviser in the Seattle area for 7 years with such groups as Seattle GOGA, The Spolin Players, Seattle Neutrino Project. She is now a proud ensemble member of Unexpected Productions, performing long form improv and TheatreSports in the Market Theater downtown. She is also a member of The Beta Society and just starting to tinker with video production. When not on stage, Jana is an Audiologist who falls down a lot.

CONOR McNASSAR

Conor is both excited and enthralled by the opportunity to help this talented cast bring American stories to life, if perhaps with some unexpected revisions. Conor's improv credits include a number of Wing-It shows, as well as the short-lived and much beloved troupes "On The Fly" (2007) and "Dad" (2008). He is currently a member of the ever-blossoming film group the Beta Society and plays music with Seattle's own bad-booty Bayside Tigers. He has a huge crush on his fiance Keli, to whom his performance is dedicated.

DAVID ROLLISON

David graduated from Cornish College of the Arts in 2005 with a BFA in Theater and an emphasis in playwriting and directing. He has been very active in the improv community, recently appearing in Wing-It's Live at the HUT and Twisted Flicks. In addition he is a member of The Beta Society, a Seattle guerrilla film collective, and appeared in their slasher film "Junkbucket." You may also have seen him as Ralph in Live Girls!'s Reefer Madness: The Musical.

IAN SCHEMPP (Director)

Ian is happy to be back in the director's chair for This Improvised Life. Ian has been a part of Wing-It Productions since 2004, when he started performing in Jet City Improv and Twisted Flicks. Since joining, he has been seen in many shows, not the least of which include Wallflowers, Suave, Election Show, Uncle Mike Ruins Christmas, and CUT! In 2008 he created/directed his first show with Shades of Gray. Outside of Wing-It, Ian has been seen in Theater Schmeater's Adventure's in Mating and as half of the acclaimed now-duo Sisters of Sal alongside John Faga. Ian would like to thank his wife for her constant support and promises to be home slightly earlier now that we've opened.

LILLY ADAMSKI

Lilly is a long time lover of Wing-It shows and is participating in her first show! Although she hasn't had formal training, she has done lights and sound for another production. A (technically) junior at the University of Washington, and is attempting/heading for a major in the medical field. In her spare time she does graphic design, studying, and whatnot.
