Cast

JON AXELL (director)

Jon spent four years as a performer and one as the director of UW's improv troupe, The Collective. With Wing-It Productions he is a teaching artist with the education program and a regular cast member of Jet City Improv, and has appeared in Twisted Flicks, Time Quest, Clues, Election Show, Over and Through and Funbucket, with guest appearances in This Improvised Life. Objection! marks his first time as a creator/director with Wing-It. He would like to thank his brilliant cast and crew, his girlfriend, his family, and those brave friends that knew Objection! in its former life.

JEREMY BROWN

Born in Michigan, Jeremy was first introduced to improv when he joined Northern Michigan University's improv group, On the Spot. He was an actor/producer in the group for 4 years before moving to Seattle in December '06. Since then, he has been a regular in Wing-it performances, appearing in The Declaration, Most Extreme Improv Ninja Challenge, Over and Through, and The Irish Wake as well as Jet City Improv and the Twisted Flicks. Jeremy objects to anyone not seeing this show, and holds you in contempt for not bringing more friends.

BELINDA FU

Belinda took her first improv class two years ago, and it's been nuts ever since. She is thrilled and honored to be part of Objection! and the Wing-It family, and has appeared in the recent Wing-It shows Lovetanic, This Improvised Life, and LIVE! at the HUT. She has studied improv and acting with Jet City Improv, Unexpected Productions and Freehold Theatre, and can occasionally be seen in local commercials. She also studies jazz voice, and in a previous life was an avid Lindy Hopper and hiphop dancer. When not on stage, she is either doing something outdoorsy or working as a family physician, and she always brings along her dog. As a faux lawyer, she is looking forward to using incredibly long words on stage, such as sesquipedalian. She has also recently learned that a barrister is not the same thing as a barista.

EMILY HARVEY (stage manager)

Emily graduated from Western Washington University where she studied directing, acting and theatre management. Directing credits include Macbeth, Antigone, Songs for a New World and acting credits include Dick Cheney and R&J's Nurse. She recently finished a stage management apprenticeship with Orlando Shakespeare Theatre where she stage managed the world premiere musical The Velveteen Rabbit. This is her first show with Wing-It (and hopefully not her last). Thanks to everyone at Wing-It for the welcome and love to Tom!

ANDREW McMASTERS

Andrew is proud to be in Objection! with such a great cast and director. He is the Artistic Director of Wing-It Productions, and has directed such shows as The Declaration and Reunion Tour. He has an MFA for the UW in Drama, and BA in theater from Temple University. Originally from Philadelphia, he relocated to Seattle in 1989. He works professionally as an actor all over the country, and is a board member of Theater Puget Sound - the service organization for all theaters in the area. Thanks to Carol and Kuma for support, and to his entire family.

LINDSEY NEWMAN

Lindsey is a local nut that has not fallen far from the tree. She was raised in Seattle, and continues to reside here. Lindsey was most recently seen in Quickies: Volume 10 at Live Girls! Theater, and The Irish Wake here at Wing-It. This is her second show with the Wing-It family, and she is tickled to be back. During the daytime hours Lindsey works at the Evergreen School, where she teaches Storytelling and Improv, among other things. She holds a BA in Acting and Educational Drama from Western Washington University.

BEN PIPER

Ben was raised in Napa, California, has a degree in Aerospace Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, and has been performing improv comedy for seven years. Most recently Ben has performed in Puppet TV, and with Wing It Productions in Election Show, and Twisted Flicks. He would like to thank his soon-to-be wife Amanda for her love and patience. Ben wishes Tort Law was all about the cakey dessert.

DAVID ROLLISON

David graduated from Cornish College of the Arts in 2005 with a BFA in Theater and an emphasis in Playwriting and Directing. He has been very active in the improv community. He is one of the newest members of Jet City Improv, and has recently appeared in Wing-It's The Irish Wake, This Improvised Life, LIVE! at the HUT and Twisted Flicks. In addition he is a member of The Beta Society, a Seattle guerrilla film collective, and appeared in their slasher film "Junkbucket." You may also have seen him as Ralph in RK Production's Reefer Madness: The Musical.

DESTINY SUND

Destiny was given due process as a child in Redmond OR, and then attended college in Eugene OR until her best friend Paul promptly subpoenaed her to Seattle. This is her fourth Wing-It show! She charges everyone at Wing-It for consistently producing the most innovative improv shows in the country. Jon Axell is guilty of being one of the best directors Wing-It has to offer and Destiny is lucky to have been a witness. Destiny has no objections to her incredibly talented husband Justin. Her love for him will never be overruled, thank you for bringing order to her court.

DOUGLAS S. WILLOTT

Douglas has been performing, touring, and teaching with Jet city since 1996. He has created and directed Wing-It shows including Election Show (with John Boyle), Uncle Mike Ruins Christmas, Wallflowers, Suave, and The Swing-It Midnight Night Revue. Additionally, he has performed in numerous Wing-It Presents shows including Lease, Shades of Grey, Lovetanic, and various Twisted Flicks. Currently, he can also be seen in the Saturday late night show Funbucket. He is also a member of local long-form trio Improsia.
